ID-0322 Specific Notes
The ID-0322 is often installed in tight undercounter spaces where ventilation is restricted. Codes 3 and E04 are very common in these installations because the condenser can’t reject heat in an enclosed cabinet.
Undercounter ventilation check: Verify there’s at least 6 inches of clearance at the front (air intake) and that the hot air can escape. Recirculating hot exhaust air back through the intake causes chronic cycle faults on the ID-0322.
Code 6 on ID-0322: The compact water inlet valve on this model clogs quickly with hard water scale. Soak the valve screen in white vinegar for 30 minutes when cleaning.

An E1 alarm that appears consistently every few hours suggests a sensor going bad — the resistance value drifts until it’s out of range.
