Power cycle. Unplug 60 seconds, plug back in.

Access the control panel. Remove 2–3 screws at the back of the top panel, tilt it forward.

Reseat the ribbon cable. The flat cable has a locking tab at each connector end. Flip the tab up, slide cable fully in, flip tab down. Check both ends.
